Student Parking
Guidelines for JWHS Student Parking
- Must have valid Drivers License (not learners permit)
- Must be an active 12th or 11th grade student during the 2025-2026 academic school year.
- Must complete the JWHS Student Parking Agreement AND pay $75 on MySchoolBucks. Both of these steps must be completed before approval.
- Students must complete a VA Student Parking Pass Application. This application must be signed by the student and parent and turned in when picking up an approved parking permit. Permits cannot be issued without the school receiving this form per the Code of Virginia § 22.1-205.1.
- Only students with parking permits will be allowed to park on the JWHS campus.
- No parking will be allowed on Woodside Place. (or at the tennis courts)
- Parking permits are not transferable to other students.
Loss of Parking Privileges Notice
Please be aware that students who violate FCPS policy related to substance abuse and/or class avoidance will lose their parking privileges. Specific violations include but are not limited to:
- Abuse of Drugs, Medication, Alcohol, Marijuana, Tobacco, or Nicotine Vapor Products (Student Code of Conduct 402R-A).
- Leaving school without permission
- Skipping class or failing to report to the assigned area
When such violations occur, the student parking fee will be refunded at a prorated amount, and the parking space will be reassigned to another student.
Other excessive, repeated, or severe violations of the Student Code of Conduct will result in the loss of parking privileges at the discretion of school administration.
